Nate Harris
A graduate of Springfield College, Nate is currently the Director of Marketing for the MassMutual Center in Springfield, MA. Past positions he has held include: Senior Marketing Manager at Comcast Spectacor and the Wells Fargo Center. Nate also led Global Spectrum's (now Spectra) diversity/inclusion efforts during his time with the company.
Nate spoke on change in the workplace and how adaptation is crucial to a successful career not only in sports, but any field.

Greg Kristof
A graduate of Brandeis University with an MBA in Finance, Greg took a different path from his fellow classmates and began a career in sport entrepreneurship. Currently the CEO of Zero Gravity Basketball, Greg and his team plan and operate over 70 events a year that the company puts on.
Greg held an open discussion/Q&A session where he was very transparent about his journey from a college graduate to a successful sport industry CEO.
